RDC Cloud 1.7.1 — RDC Account and Workbench

Sign in through RDC Account, organize and edit personal HWP and HWPX documents in Workbench, and save container environment changes together.

RDC Cloud 1.7.1 adds a dedicated account portal and introduces personal document workflows in RDC Workbench.

Sign in with RDC Account

Google and email sign-in now take place in the dedicated RDC Account portal. Console and Workbench return you to the product after sign-in, while personal profile settings have a shared home.

Open RDC Account.

Organize and edit documents in Workbench

Use My Files to import HWP and HWPX documents, organize them into folders, and open them in the editor. Files belong to your account and are separate from workspace resources.

Save changes to the open cloud file, use Save As to create a copy, or export a document to your computer. Saving is manual. If another window has changed the file, Workbench rejects the conflicting save so you can preserve your work in a separate copy.

Move unwanted files to Trash and restore them later, or permanently delete them with confirmation.

Get started with RDC Workbench.

Save container environment changes together

Create, edit and remove container environment variables in one draft, then save the changes together. Redeploy the container to apply the saved configuration to the running application.

Other improvements

  • PostgreSQL and Redis receive improvements to TLS certificate handling and connection verification.
  • The project home displays the Workspace ID, and container sidebars show the resource name for easier identification.
  • Hidden environment-variable controls no longer intercept pointer input.
  • Account menus, notifications and popup motion use a more consistent presentation across products.
