REDREDGROUP Document Hub

RDC Workbench

Organize and edit your personal Hangul documents.

My Files

Open My Files on the desktop. Choose Import to upload a .hwp or .hwpx document from your computer, then select the document name to open it. Files belong to your account and are not shared with your workspace.

Create folders to organize documents. Name and location changes a file's name or folder without changing its format. Move files to Trash to hide them from your folders; restore them from Trash. Permanent deletion from Trash requires confirmation and cannot be undone. Only empty folders can be removed.

If a refresh fails, My Files hides the previous list and disables file actions until Retry succeeds. Failed edits keep the form open for correction or retry. Changing accounts or closing My Files cancels pending management requests; a request already accepted by the server may still have completed, so refresh the list before repeating it.

Save and export

  • File → Open opens My Files.
  • Save or Ctrl/Cmd+S updates the open cloud file.
  • Save As creates a separate cloud copy in your chosen folder.
  • Export HWP/HWPX saves a copy to your computer. Supported browsers offer a native location picker; other browsers download the file.

Saving is manual. If another window changes the file, your save is rejected to protect that change. Keep the editor open and use Save As to preserve your work, or reopen the current cloud file. A connection failure does not discard your in-memory document. Check My Files before retrying an import if the response was lost.

Limits

Documents can be up to 20 MiB. An account can hold 500 files, including Trash, and 100 folders. Lists show up to 100 files per page. Search filters the current page. Advanced formatting and compatibility with desktop Hangul should be checked on a copy of important documents.
