RDC Cloud

What is RDC Cloud?

A cloud platform for deploying applications and managing the resources they depend on.

RDC Cloud brings application containers, databases, and container images together in one Console. You can deploy an application, configure its connections, and manage its resources within your team's workspace.

How resources are organized

A workspace groups your team and projects. Each project contains the resources used by an application or environment. Open Select a resource, choose a workspace, then select a project before creating or managing a resource. The active project appears in the top bar. Select its name to reopen the resource selector.

Workspace membership and project access determine how your team collaborates. Billing accounts and credits support resource provisioning and usage.

See Workspaces and project access to change a workspace name, invite members, and assign project roles.

What you can do

  • Personal settings lets you choose English or Korean, a theme, display currency, and your nickname.
  • Workspaces and project access explains workspace settings, email invitations, and project permissions.
  • Security Insights helps you identify and resolve database IP allowlist issues.
  • RDC CLI signs in through your browser and uses Envault secrets from a local terminal.
  • Envault stores Shared Secrets, Workspace Defaults, and Application Secrets and links group environments to containers.
  • Container Engine runs applications from container images, with settings for environment variables, domains, health checks, and runtime operations.
  • Relational Database provides PostgreSQL databases for structured application data.
  • Memory Database provides Redis instances for caching and other low-latency workloads.
  • Artifact Registry stores container images that you can deploy through Container Engine.
  • Billing and automatic recharge explains display currency, credits, and KG Inicis card payments in South Korea. Payments in other countries are not yet supported.
  • Credit delivery and cancellation policy explains when credits become available, the refund policy, and how to cancel automatic recharge.

The Console also provides personal access tokens, database security recommendations, and billing and credit information.

The project home greets you by your profile name and displays your current workspace, project name, Project UUID, and Project ID. Use the copy icon beside either identifier to copy it. Above Quick access, use Create an application container, Create a PostgreSQL database, or Create a Redis database to open the creation form for the selected project. A resource is created only after you complete and submit that form. Upload Artifact Image opens the Artifact Registry instructions for uploading an image with Docker.

Recommended for your project suggests one product you have not started using and have permission to create or manage. Container Engine, PostgreSQL, and Redis recommendations reflect the selected project; Envault recommendations reflect Application Secret groups across its workspace. Open a recommendation to get started, or select Learn more for its guide. Products already in use are omitted.

Use the hamburger button to the left of RDC Cloud to open the resource category menu. The menu appears over the page with a dimmed background. Select a destination, click outside, or press Escape to close it. Only available destinations are shown. Destinations are grouped under these section headings; sections with no available destinations are hidden:

  • Product: Container Engine, Relational Database, Memory Database, and Envault.
  • Storage & Object: Artifact Registry.
  • Security & Audit: Audit, IAM, and Security Insights.
  • Resources: Resource Map.
  • Management: Project Settings and Workspace Settings.

Quick access displays up to eight available resource shortcuts, including Resource Map, Container Engine, Artifact Registry, Relational Database, Memory Database, Envault, and IAM. Select View All Products below the cards to open the same resource menu as the hamburger button. Additional destinations, including Security Insights, Project Settings, and Workspace Settings, remain available in that menu.

Select the RDC Cloud logo to return to the current project home. The project name opens Select a resource so you can switch projects.

Resource details and settings display their section menu in a single sidebar. Use the toggle at the top of the sidebar to switch between full labels and an icon-only menu. Hover over an icon to see its name. On mobile, use the section menu toggle above the page content to open the menu, then select a section. Resource lists and creation screens use the full content area.

Share a Console page

Project pages include the selected Project ID in the address, for example /containers?project=my-project or /containers/resource-id/overview?project=my-project. Copy the full URL, including ?project=..., to return to the same project or share it with a teammate. Opening a link does not grant access; the recipient must have the required permissions.

Workspace settings use /workspaces/workspace-id/settings. They do not require a project selection. Envault uses /workspaces/workspace-id/envault/overview. Personal settings remain available at /settings/personal.

Older Console addresses starting with /rdc-cloud are no longer available. Open the Console and use its navigation to find the page, then save the new address.

Search the Console

Use Search resources and documentation in the Console top bar, or press / while focus is outside a text field. Search includes available service and settings destinations and Container Engine, PostgreSQL, and Redis resources in the current project.

Documentation results use the documentation icon and open the matching Document Hub page in a new tab. Console destinations and resources open in the current tab. If one search source is temporarily unavailable, results from the remaining sources stay available.

Get started

Console opens RDC account sign-in when you need to sign in. After signing in, you return to the Console page you were opening. If your RDC account is already signed in, you can continue without entering your credentials again.

If authentication is temporarily unavailable, wait briefly and retry from the page you were opening. A temporary service error does not mean your password or session is invalid. If the error appears while returning from account sign-in, start again from Console rather than reusing the callback URL. Contact support with the displayed error if the problem persists.

On the sign-in screen, Google may display an account chooser. Select an account to continue. If you close the chooser or your browser does not display it, use the Google sign-in button or Sign in with email.

Selecting the Google sign-in button immediately displays Signing in… while you complete authentication. If you close the Google window, select Back to retry or choose email sign-in.

Open RDC Cloud Console to enter RDC Cloud directly. Sign in if prompted, open Select a resource, then choose or create a workspace and project.

You can sign in with Google or select Sign in with email to use an email address and password issued by your administrator. Email accounts must be created by an administrator before you can sign in. The Console does not offer public email registration or password reset; contact your administrator if you need an account or password assistance.

To open this document hub from the Console, select More options (the vertical-ellipsis button beside your profile image), then select Documentation. The hub opens in a new tab. The same menu provides Help & support.

Start with the Container Engine overview, then follow Deploy a container to create your first application resource.

Product updates

Open More options beside your profile in Console and select What’s New to read recent product updates. The panel shows new features, improvements, and fixes. Select Read more for the full announcement or View all updates to browse the public update history.

Updates are provided in English, regardless of your Console language. They are separate from resource operation notifications.
