  3. Amendments are announced with their effective date and reasons at least seven days before taking effect. Changes unfavorable to members or materially affecting rights and obligations are, in principle, announced at least 30 days in advance.
  4. Where separate consent is required by law, the Company obtains it from members.
  5. Members who do not agree to amended Terms may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Matters not specified)

Matters not addressed here follow applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and Telecommunications Business Act, and general commercial practices.

Chapter 2: Service agreements and accounts

Article 5 (Formation of the agreement)

  1. The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and necessary personal information processing, completes the required authentication and receives the Company's acceptance.
  2. Members must use a phone, Google or Kakao account they can control.
  3. When a member joins an organization, its administrator's internal operating rules may also apply. Those rules must not apply less favorably to members than applicable law and these Terms.

Article 6 (Restrictions on applications)

The Company may reject an application or defer acceptance pending verification when:

  1. Another person's identity or credentials are used.
  2. False information is entered or required information is omitted.
  3. A previously restricted member reapplies through improper means.
  4. Service capacity is insufficient or an outage or technical problem occurs.
  5. There is a risk of violating applicable law or harming safe service operations.

Article 7 (Account and credential management)

  1. Members must keep their sign-in accounts and authentication methods secure and must not transfer or lend them to third parties.
  2. Members who discover account theft or unauthorized use must immediately change external authentication credentials, such as passwords, and notify the Company.
  3. If a member fails to keep registered information current and consequently misses notices or experiences service problems, the Company is not responsible unless it acted intentionally or negligently.

Article 8 (Profile changes)

Members can view and edit supported profile information, including name, mobile number and email, in Settings. Information managed by an external sign-in provider may need to be changed in that provider's account settings.

  2. Changes materially affecting use are announced beforehand through the service, email or another reasonable method.
  3. Free features may change or end for operational reasons. If core paid-service features change, the Company takes necessary measures under applicable law and app marketplace policies.

Article 11 (Maintenance and suspension)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service for equipment maintenance, security measures, network or external service outages, or urgent operational needs.
  2. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. In emergencies or where advance notice is impossible, notice may follow afterward.
  3. Restoration and data verification may take time after events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, power failures, datacenter incidents and telecommunications carrier outages.

Article 12 (Service termination and data provision)

  1. If the Company ends the service due to deteriorating business conditions, major operational changes or other unavoidable circumstances, it gives advance notice where possible of the reason, termination date and how to request data.
  2. Members may request their recorded data within the period and through the method announced by the Company.
  3. The Company endeavors to provide requested data in supported formats where the member's right to receive it is verified and technical extraction is possible.
  4. Physical disasters, datacenter damage, major system failures or comparable force majeure may delay or limit all or part of the provision where verification or recovery is difficult. The Company explains the reasons and progress where possible.

Chapter 4: Organizations and member data

Article 13 (Organization membership and permissions)

  1. Members may join an organization using a code supplied by its administrator.
  2. Organization administrators and other authorized members may view or manage business data entered in the organization workspace.
  3. Super administrators must manage members, permissions and organization data for legitimate business purposes.
  4. Members must not disclose organization codes without authorization or admit others without the organization's permission.

Article 14 (Super administrator withdrawal and organization deletion)

  1. When a super administrator confirms account deletion, organizations they manage may enter a pending-deletion state.
  2. A 30-day recovery period begins on the deletion request date. During it, organization data is retained as necessary for withdrawing the request and checking data.
  3. After 30 days, customers, schedules, equipment, network settings, work reports, media files and other organization data are permanently deleted or processed so they can no longer identify the organization or members, and cannot be recovered.
  4. Even if other members remain, they lose access to organization data when deletion proceeds following the super administrator's withdrawal. Before leaving, the super administrator must inform members of the planned deletion and instruct them to save necessary data separately.
  5. Information needed for legal compliance, payment verification, dispute resolution or abuse prevention may be retained separately for statutory periods, limited to what those purposes require.

A super administrator's account deletion may delete the entire managed organization's data, as well as the individual account. Always check the affected organizations and deletion scope on the withdrawal screen.

Article 15 (Rights to and use of member data)

  1. Rights to data entered or uploaded remain with the member or lawful rights holder.
  2. Members authorize the Company to process data as necessary for service provision, storage, synchronization, backups, security, incident response and AI features.
  3. Without separate consent or a legal basis, the Company does not use member data for advertising or sales unrelated to service provision.
  4. Members must have lawful authority to use submitted materials and must not infringe third-party privacy, copyright or trade secrets.

Article 16 (Members' responsibility for customer information)

  1. Before entering customers', contacts' or third parties' personal information, members must verify that they have necessary work-related authority or a lawful basis for processing.
  2. Members must enter only the minimum information needed for work and must not share customer information or network credentials with unauthorized people.
  3. Members are responsible for disputes arising from entering or using third-party information without lawful authority, except to the extent caused by the Company's intentional acts or negligence.

Article 17 (Personal information protection)

The Company processes members' personal information under applicable law. Collection categories, purposes, retention periods, outsourced processing and rights procedures are governed by the Fixo Privacy Policy.

Chapter 5: AI features

Article 18 (Using AI assistance)

  1. AI features assist equipment data entry, schedule organization and work report writing.
  2. AI-generated analysis and text may be inaccurate or incomplete and may not fully reflect actual equipment conditions, site settings or the member's intent.
  3. Before saving or sharing AI results with a customer, members must check models, serial numbers, IP addresses, work details and other facts and make necessary corrections.
  4. AI results do not replace professional network design, safety inspections, legal advice or other expert judgment.
  5. Members must not submit illegal information, infringing materials or personal information they lack authority to process.

Chapter 6: Paid services and subscriptions

Article 19 (Paid services)

  1. Product names, features, service periods, prices, billing cycles and usage limits follow the purchase screen.

  3. Fixo account deletion and marketplace subscription cancellation are separate processes. Members must cancel their subscription directly in the marketplace before deleting their account.
  4. Cancellation timing and remaining access follow the policies of the marketplace that processed payment and the purchase screen terms.

Article 21 (Withdrawal from purchases and refunds)

  1. Withdrawal from paid-service purchases, payment cancellations and refunds follow applicable law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store that processed payment.
  2. Members may request refunds through the marketplace's order history or support process.
  3. If marketplace policies differ from applicable law, mandatory legal provisions applicable to the member take precedence.
  4. If paid services cannot be provided properly due to the Company's fault, it supports refunds or reasonable remedies under applicable law and marketplace procedures.

Chapter 7: Obligations of the Company and members

Article 22 (Company obligations)

  1. The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms and makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable service.
  2. It implements technical and administrative safeguards for personal information and member data.
  3. It handles opinions and complaints deemed justified and, if handling is delayed, explains the reasons and progress where possible.

Article 24 (Usage restrictions)

  1. For violations of Article 23 or serious disruption of safe operations, the Company may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend access or terminate the agreement.
  2. In principle, it informs members of the reason and duration and provides an opportunity to respond.
  3. Where urgent action is needed to prevent security breaches, harm to third parties, destruction of evidence or legal violations, restrictions may be imposed without prior notice, followed by notice afterward.
  4. Members may appeal restrictions through the customer support email.

Chapter 8: Termination and liability

Article 25 (Termination by members)

  1. Members may request termination in Settings → Account management → Delete account in the app.
  2. If unable to use the app, members may request deletion at support@redredgroup.com. The Company may require identity verification to prevent account theft.
  3. After the 30-day recovery period from the deletion request date, affected data is permanently deleted or processed so it can no longer identify the member.
  4. Detailed withdrawal and deletion procedures follow Fixo Account and Data Deletion.

Article 26 (Termination by the Company)

  1. The Company may terminate the agreement if a member seriously violates applicable law or these Terms and fails to correct the violation within a reasonable period specified in a correction request.
  2. Immediate-action cases, such as account theft, serious security attacks or illegal information distribution, may result in termination without a prior correction request.
  3. The Company informs members of the reason and appeal procedure. Details may be limited for legitimate reasons, including risks of obstructing investigations or infringing third-party rights.

Article 27 (Intellectual property)

  1. Intellectual property in the Company's services, software, screen designs, trademarks, documents and content belongs to the Company or lawful rights holder.

Article 29 (Notices)

  1. Notices may be sent through app notifications, the web console, email, SMS, service announcements or other reasonable methods.
