Organization and account management

Use Settings to manage your profile and organization membership, sign out on your current device or delete your Fixo account.

View and edit your profileCopy Anchor Link

1. Select Settings at the bottom of the app.
2. In the profile area at the top, check your name, email, phone number and sign-up date.
3. Select Edit profile.
4. Change your name, phone number or email and save.

The profile area at the top left of the web console displays user information stored in the Fixo API.

Register an organization codeCopy Anchor Link

Join an existing organization workspace using a code provided by its administrator.

1. In the plan management area of Settings, select Enter organization code.
2. Enter the eight-digit code and select Confirm.
3. Check that the organization name found is correct.
4. Read the joining notice and select Confirm again.

Joining an organization lets you manage data together. If an unfamiliar organization appears, do not join; check with the administrator who provided the code.

Sign outCopy Anchor Link

1. In the account management area of Settings, select Sign out.
2. Confirm in the dialog.

In the web console, select Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar. Signing out ends the session on that device without deleting customer, equipment or work data stored in Fixo.

Delete your accountCopy Anchor Link

1. In the account management area of Settings, select Delete account.
2. Carefully review the data deletion notice.
3. Complete the process while signed in to your own account.

Deleting an account is different from signing out. Your profile, linked cloud data and stored media files become subject to deletion, which cannot be reversed after the recovery period. See Fixo Account and Data Deletion for the procedure and recovery period.

For security reasons, REDREDGROUP cannot perform the in-app account deletion action on your behalf. If you cannot use your existing sign-in method or identify your account, contact support@redredgroup.com.
